1. Select your prepaid ticket
Choose the type of prepaid ticket you want to cash out. The form displays the tickets currently accepted by PexEticket.
- No account is required.
- You can start from the “Cash out a ticket” page to select any accepted ticket.
- The ticket must be valid and unused.
2. Enter the code and amount
Enter the ticket code and the available amount. If the code does not match the selected ticket format, the form shows an error before submission.
- Each ticket type has its own code format.
- The information must be accurate.
- The estimated net amount is calculated automatically.
3. Confirm the information
Check the entered information before confirming the cash-out. Once confirmed, the request is sent to the system for processing.
- Make sure the code is correct.
- The ticket must not already be used.
- A confirmation is displayed before final processing.
4. Validation and cash-out
After submission, the cash-out is processed automatically by the system. A clear confirmation is displayed once the process has been validated.
- The cash-out reference can be used to track the status.
- Incorrect information may prevent validation.
- A clear response is displayed after processing.
